About The Graphic Artists Guild
Serving artists and the graphic arts industry since 1967,
the Graphic Artists Guild has established itself as the leading advocate
for the rights of graphic artists on a wide range of economic and
legislative issues, from copyright to tax law. Through this publication,
Graphic Artists Guild Handbook: Pricing & Ethical Guidelines,
the Guild has raised ethical standards in the industry and has provided
an invaluable resource of industry information that is relied on
by both artists and clients. The upcoming 16th edition represents
47 years of publication, with updated editions published about
every three years.
The Graphic Artists Guild serves illustrators, designers, web creators,
production artists, cartoonists, animators, surface pattern designers
and other graphic creators on a national basis. The Guild provides
