The 2019 AVIXA® Compensation & Benefits survey portal for
data collection is now available. Your participation is important in providing accurate
and reliable data for use as a benchmark for salary and benefits policies in the AV industry.
AVIXA engaged Readex Research, an independent research firm, for the development,
administration, analysis and reporting of this portal. As a participant,
you will be able to submit data and check your company's participation status through this portal for
the 2019 Compensation & Benefits survey.
If your company submitted data last year you will be able to review this data and
update it within each section once you sign in.
In appreciation for your help, you will receive free access to an interactive benchmarking database
to compare your company to the market.
This survey will ask about specific AV-related positions and is broken into three sections.
- About your company
- Company pay practices and benefits
- Location-specific data
Please provide as much detailed information as you can and complete this survey
by February 7, 2019.
Confidentiality
AVIXA goes to great lengths to protect the integrity of the data
collected for this survey. All responses will remain strictly confidential and we will not
display any data from any individual organization. All data will be reported in the
aggregate format only. We will refrain from displaying any range data breakout that
consists of less than five organizations.
